Anderson Strathern joined Ms Richardson in 2006.Simpson & MarwickAt the beginning of 2020, expanded the firm’s client list as deputy head, residential property, working alongside partner, head residential propertySara Jalicy. She is an expert in the sale and purchase of high-value residential properties in Scotland. Both Ms Jalicy, and Ms Richardson were winners of the Rising Star of the Year award from the Scottish Legal Awards in 2015 and 2016.
Ms. de Klee was previously an associate director for investments at Grant Property; and as a manager atDouglas & GordonAs a sales negotiatorSavillsShe started her career earlier. She has extensive experience in London and Scotland’s prime and investment markets.
Ms. Jalicy stated that “Our mission was to build the best residential conveyancing group in Scotland, and the appointment of Jemma & Edwina bring us closer to achieving that goal.” These appointments will strengthen our offering in a period of rapid growth.
She said that the market was remarkably buoyant during the pandemic because many people have made the decision to move to rural living. We are also set to continue being busy regardless of how the market develops in the second half.
