DWF has advised Aliter Capital-endorsed Sponge, an electronic learning supplier, on the purchase of Idox Compliance out of its own parent firm Idox plc.

Sponge provides training options which range from compliance and risk to individuals development and skills improvement. It’s endorsed by Aliter Capital LLP, a professional UK service services investor.

The purchase of Idox Compliance, that has operations in the United Kingdom, Germany and Belgium, provides Sponge having a working presence in the EU.

DWF’s international corporate staff, headed by Gemma Gallagher and Paul Pignatelli at Glasgow, advised Sponge together with assistance from groups in the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium and Holland, such as Hope Donnachie, Caroline Colliston, Freya Gibb and Andreas Panzer.
