Female workers at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer currently earn more than male employees on average, according to statistics released by the magic circle firm. Thus far, very few City clinics have attained this outcome.

Freshfields’ 2020 pay gap report indicates its mean gender pay gap for workers has narrowed year-on-year from 3.8percent (in favor of guys ) to -1.1percent (in favor of girls ).

The firm’s overall gender pay gap — that includes employees and spouses — also fell, from 57.2percent in 2019 to 54.5percent in 2020.
