President Donald Trump’s recent judicial nominations for Missouri federal courts and the D.C. Superior Court are causing quite a stir. The list includes alums from Thompson Coburn and Armstrong Teasdale, two prominent law firms. Not really sure why this matters, but hey, it’s news, right?
The first district court nominees of Trump’s second administration are aimed at filling vacancies in the Missouri federal court system. Additionally, he has chosen a nominee for an associate judge position on the D.C. Superior Court. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like these nominations are getting a lot of attention for some reason.
